The system was installed in a 4 floor building and has the role of ensuring the management and control of: lighting equipment, stores, drapes, HVAC systems (heating, cooling, fresh air), multimedia equipment and security systems (CCTV, house break detection and warning, fire detection and warning).

The apartments in the building were owned by many different people, the system has been modular designed, ensuring the individuality and customization of every space, but also the automatic functioning and efficiency of every common system in use for all the flats.

The triggering and acting on the equipment installed in the electric panels come from more multiple suppliers and are integrated through KNX protocol. These equipment control the whole lighting system, completed entirely with LED equipped fittings. Along with the classic switch on/switch off function, multiple other advanced scenarios for light intensity were installed, dependent on the users preferences only.

The accessories that equip the Windows – exterior stores, drapes, curtains – are integrated in the automatization system and controlled automaticly (based on different scenarios) or manual, by the user. The HVAC system  installed is a very complex one, a solution able to ensure or comfort parameters imposed by a modern building. In order to secure a simple, centralized control, and even to accomplish reduced energy consumption, we chose to integrate  all systems and pieces of equipment in one centralized system. That is how, a simple touch of a button commands and regulates the multitude of installed equipments in order to obtain the desired comfort.

By integrating all pieces of equipment and audio-video systems in the Project, we accomplished an easy  operation and we have eliminated the multitude of remote controls needed for operation. Furthermore, the smart home scenarios integrate different musical selections, meant to transform the living space in the perfect space.
